On Tuesday, January 15th, I had the pleasure of catching a concert at the Boulder Theater by Femi Kuti, one of the world’s leading AfroBeat artists. It was awesome to check out this centerpoint of Boulder’s music community, and Femi, his musicians, and his dancer/musicians really put on a show! See for yourself;

I danced my ass right off to the ground. It is always thrilling to reconnect socially with my craft! This experience re-energized me and made me ready for dance grad school, round two of 2012-2013. Class, teaching, choreography, papers and anything else that may come, I’m ready!
